Not quite, indeed. In just the same way that he didn't claim that Katrina was caused by GW. What he did was talk about GW over images of Katrina. This is politicians deniability, and its dishonest (him, not you). As for THC - its in the film, and its in the book, p 150-1 if you have it. No he doesn't say much directly, but he does talk about THC shutdowns causing European ice ages in the past and that scientists are worried about it for the future.
