John, from context, the special handling would be the fossil fuel CO2 emission control techniques Gerhaus referred to: "a hydrogen shift step, or use oxyfuel with CO2 recycle"... "carbon sequestration". Will it be enough? I hope so, because we appear to be fossil fuel dependent for the foreseeable future, with or without Al Gore's moonshot program. I think it is very important to move forward with carbon capture and storage research & development.
