Hi Gang,
Here are a few additiional suggestions.....
How about a handheld traneciver and GPS? (Don't forget the spare
batteries)
Also, I'd suggest more than one emergency red flare. And 2 or 3 smoke
signal flares.
How about pencil (pen) and note paper in case you need to write down
sometning so you don't forget it or
need to leave a note at the plane in case you must leave it for some
reason. (usually you should stay
with the plane as it's easier to spot from the air than a person who is
wandering)
