Well. 
I have to correct myself. 
The dot is on the rudder(s) . Rudders I meant, not elevator. Geesh.

(I have an E so my elevator goes even higher) 
Elevator up - limits are : 
C, C/D 13 degrees 
D, 9 degrees 
E, G , Forney, Alon 20 degrees 
Mooney 25 - 29 degrees

          Can someone tell me what you reference your elevator angle to. 
Is it the horzontal stabalizer or plumb or 
some combination of the two? 13 degrees up elevator for a 415c , 1260 lb
