I'm surprised that anyone would consider leasing one for an annual rate. I'd be more inclined to lease by the hour of flight time. After all, a flat rate would still have to be tied to hours or the poor sucker could really take it in the shorts if you flew the feathers off of it. On the other hand, if you pay an annual rate, but don't fly much, you could take the hit. So, just figure a fair hourly rate, and go with it.
