According to Peterson 100LL is as bad as autofuel to the fuel system. But shellac is mainly detoriating when alcohol is present in the fuel system. If you think you see any deterioration of the shellac coating on the corks then it might be from alcohol in the gas. I am using a mix of MoGas, 100LL and Avgas 80 since 3 years and did not have any problems with either gas.
