Hello fellow coupers. I had the good fortune of getting a flat nosewheel tire while still parked on the ground, vice during landing or taking off. I have since had the misfortune of finding a replacement tube. I have contacted every tire and tube company that makes aviation tires and tubes that I could find. It appears no one makes a tube that will fit into the UNIVARI single fork rim. If this is true (and I hope SOMEONE out there knows where to find such a tube) this may force people who have a single fork to switch to a twin fork when their tube finally goes flat. Does anyone have a possibly less expensive solution rather than paying the $4600 for a new UNIVAIR twin fork system?
