Deseer Rubber & Tire Company is selling both , tire and tube (Goodyear) for the 5.00 -4 wheel. It is more money than for a 'normal' tire , but significant less than a new fork/set. http://www.desser.com/tires.html I could not find the size online, but they do have the right size, just call em.
