You've got six flying days, counting today, before you annual expires.
I'd
use them and schedule your annual for just before your return if you can
arrange it.

It can sit for years, legally, out of annual. If it's not flying, it has
no
need for an annual since that only applies to "airplanes" not lawn
ornaments.

Subject: [COUPERS-FLYIN] No Coupe flying this fall....

----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any
advice in this forum.]----

Imagine my dissapointment today when I learned that my deployment date
moved
up to 10 days from now, rather than 3 weeks from now. Instead of enjoying
the fall flying the coupe, I'll be overseas. So here's my question:

My Coupe is due its annual, we were gonna start it tomorrow (talk about
timing!). It expires end of this month.... Should I do it now, and get
(maybe less than) a week of flying in, or should I let it sit for three
months (or more!) and not lose 3 months on the annual? Can I legally let
it
sit out of annual for a few months? Hope fully, I wont need to pickle
it.....(?)

Advice appreciated...
