Are they able to charge more for insurance in the States than in
Canada???
They gave us full liability with one px & hull to $25000 Can. on the
ground & in the air. This is for
3 pilots , one is a student , one is a 100 hr recreational pilot (me) &
one is a 100hr private pilot.
All with no time in type. this cost total $2200 Can./year Also we got
coverage for intentional landings
in fields not intended for aircraft. I think this is not a bad deal but
they could have hosed us another
$1000 & we would have probably paid it. (no other quoters)
Do any of the guys have similar coverage south of the border that
I can compare to?
