Diane,

That warning message is telling you that, within the content of your post,
you had typed someone's email address.  It's to remind you that you may be
revealing information that you or someone else might not want revealed.

As for revealing your own email address when you post, that's unavoidable.
 Even if you post directly at the group's Google Groups page rather than by
email, anyone receiving the group's messages by email will see your address.
