Thanks Zach. You know for business related emails, the new email just doesn't feel good, feels more like I'm sending casual post it notes instead of important pertinent information in a formal format. Oh sure, will eventualy get used to it but when you cherish something, it's not easy letting go. Wish we had options like formal or informal formats instead of just foisting new stuff on us without our input, like Chris Aylward stated above :(
