Karina, Unless you are using the paid apps version, you shouldn't be using GMail for business. It is a personal mail service. If you are using the paid apps version, you have an admin account with some of those controls there. Albeit not as complete a control as you're indicating, but the great thing about cloud based services, there are always competitors. If a system doesn't meet your needs, you're free to shop around. If Google is looking to capture that market, and is losing customers to it's competitors, it's bound to change.
