I googled Sage ACT, and discovered that Sage no longer owns ACT, and
according to their support forums, people have long had a problem with ACT
doing what they advertised it to do.  It seemed their forums had multiple
discussions on how to get what you're looking for out of it (depending on
what you're looking for, since your e-mail doesn't indicate what
integration is "no longer working").
