One can even edit a message 'as new' to send on, thereby eliminating the 'Fwd:' in the subject, and '-------- Original Message --------' in the message body. This is made even easier with keyboard shortcuts (also customizable). There is even an extensive support <https://support.mozillamessaging.com/>system, powered by volunteers. Laura, it is also not advisable to use free Gmail for business.
