Is there some way to force people to view an introductory message (even a short one) when they visit the group? I am a member of another Google Group, Classic Rendezvous, which has a two-page set of rules which greets you every time you use the group interface. That's a bit over-the-top, but perhaps a few lines indicating that this is not a Google-monitored help forum might help?
