Hello,

Google is still working on this issue but hasn't released a fix yet.
Here is the latest info I have about this problem:

   - The problem is within Google Chrome - other internet browsers are not
affected (Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.)
   - It seems to randomly affect about 0-5% of the print jobs for affected
   users.
   - It affects Mac & Windows computers with Google Chrome version 42 or
   later.
   - When reprinting a job that printed blank, the reprint usually works
   correctly.
   - Printing using the "Print using system dialog" link on the Chrome
print preview page seems to be unaffected by this issue (works normally).
   - Some users have reported that changing a print setting like
landscape/portrait, printing a document, and then changing the setting
back, seems to fix the issue for them. Our own testing on this has been
   inconclusive.

I will be out of the office from May 22-31 so my next update for this forum
will most likely be on or after 6/1.

Have a great day,
Andy
