We are experiencing the same issue... multiple users, different printers, Win7Pro and Win8.1Pro.
When printing from Chrome - GMail, PDF viewer, websites, Google Apps - the Print Preview shows correctly, but only blank pages print. Seems that if I have the user change something in the print preferences - like change the orientation from Portrait to Landscape - the emails or PDF files print again, then we can change the orientation back, and all is good until the user reboots the machine. -- *This message is intended only for the named recipient.
