I have similar problems. I have two bookmark menus on my bookmark
toolbar (named Bookmarks and Groups). If I open a bookmark from the
Groups menu, then the Groups menu becomes unresponsive, but the
Bookmarks menu still works fine (and vice versa). A temporary but
somewhat inconvenient work around is to right click anywhere that
gives you a right click menu (right clicking on a page or the bookmark
toolbar menu works). For whatever reason, just displaying that right
click menu will fix the problem and the the unresponsive clicking
becomes responsive again. As I said though, it is an inconvenience and
I hope to see a proper fix, although I'm not sure if this is a GMarks
bug or a Firefox 3.6 bug.
