The nesting is more of a Google issue, but if you are viewing in GMarks it will let you test. Just put a > in between where the different levels should be in the label, like Videos>Comedy as a label to nest comedy under Videos. You can change the separator in the options window.
Its interesting that NoScript would prevent this from happening... thats very weird.
