Hello,
I am having problem in displaying the values which starts from negative(-)
value end ends at positive(+) value.
Here is an excerpt from the file is (Repeat data).....
chr1 UCSC repeat -8865 54 . - . LTR HUERS-P3 ;
Note "Repeat Family-ERV1"

GBrowse is displaying only the positive region. Please let me know, how
to overcome this problem?
and Is there any aggregator which deals with negative start point values?
