Unfortunately, I'm having a minor issue getting it to install. My
system is Mac OSX 10.5.8 (Intel), gcc 4.0.1, fftw 3.0.1.
Installation procedure:
$ ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/gmx_4.5_beta1 --with-gsl

The funny part is that if I re-issue the exact same make install
