Are you familiar with wxWidgets?  http://www.wxwidgets.org/

If we create a wx-based UI for Gnash, it can be used on Windows, Unix
and MacOS X.  The big benefit is that unlike GTK+ which does a poor job
of trying to _look_ like native UI elements, wx actually _uses_ the
native UI elements.

I would love it if you could work on the ActiveX/IE plugin.  I'm happy
to work on the NPAPI/Mozilla plugin.
