I have always hated the word "just", like "I 'just' want it to work" or "I am 'just' an end user" has always irritated me. In this case I equally hate the word. While I know that you did not mean to offend, "this person 'just' needs a printer" seems to discount the importance of having and using a printer that supports free software.
