Do I understand from your wording, that you wouldn't be able to make it?
That you would help develop the talk, but not be one of the presenters?
The reason that I ask, is that it affects the date of the presentation.
If people can make it, the first Thursday in May would be ideal.
If presenters can't make it then but another day, then I have to let
