Right now the first thursday in May is clear for me, BUT my back is killing me
and I might have to be scheduled for a hospital visit in that timeframe.
Recovery/recouperation time is dependent on what has to be done.

I feel this is an important meeting.  Unfortunately I can not plan what will
be happening over the next two months because both my travel schedule and my
back are driving me crazy.

THEREFORE it is more solid to count on me NOT being there, than being there.
If I can make it, I will.  But for the sake of planning the meeting, don't
count on me being there.
