Bruce: Willing to help on this even if I have been largely absent. Aren't we having a meeting Thurs. at Chilis to go over organizational stuff? I had been putting together some ideas, etc. for that. Knowing me, it was last night. <g> I suggest we not have a committee arrangement for leadership functions as such, but a very small team of two or three so the group is not dependent upon a single person and continuity and "institutional memory" will be enhanced. Otherwise there is a single point of failure and many of us have very busy lives.
