Sigh. I didn't get the list. Could you put it in the TWiki - I'd recommend
under "Organizational" and then create a new topic: StartingAChapter".

I deleted much of what Paul said for brevity. Of course, I agree with all
he said.

I think local businesses is a great idea too! We just need to make it clear
that we're here for the users first and the businesses last (well, not last; 
I've seen businesses try to control user groups and I don't want the user's
to loose control.)

This has also be my biggest frustration with the group. Its worse than trying
herd cats!
