[Ben crawls out from under the pile of work he's been buried in]
What's the theory on this? Are we having a dinner on 4 Oct, or just a
meeting sans food, or nothing at all? Whichever it is, we should let
everyone know about it ASAP -- many people plan ahead (unlike me -- I plan
behind), and 4 Dec is barely a week away as I write this.
(Opinion: If it is going to be a major screw-up, I vote for postponing it
until we have time to get it right. No sense in rushing to do it wrong.
But that is my default approach to all problems, which is, admittedly, too
heavy-handed for many {situations,people,problems}.)
