I am really in favor at this time of concerted effort for a planned Jan dinner/meeting so that all including the planners can enjoy themselves. i can be of help if this is the way you all decide to travel.

My recommendation at this time is that we forgo the dinner for two reasons. First virtually nobody's signed up. Second, I haven't heard back from Marthas re: the room.I will try to get the room for the Monday the 2nd again today, without a dinner (i.e., we have dinner downstairs). Failing that, I'd propose that we try for an annual meeting in early January with a dinner. I'll get with maddog to work out a schedule for him for January.
