My recommendation at this time is that we forgo the dinner for two
reasons. First virtually nobody's signed up.  Second, I haven't heard
back from Marthas re: the room.

I will try to get the room for the Monday the 2nd again today,
without a dinner (i.e., we have dinner downstairs).  Failing that,
I'd propose that we try for an annual meeting in early January
with a dinner.

I'll get with maddog to work out a schedule for him for January.

Any concerns with this proposal?
