Awesome catch, Bill!
GNHLUG chapter co-ordinators: any objection to having Bill host the
first quarterly meeting in a long time?
(besides whining it's too far to drive)
Point of protocol: should we plan on NOT holding regular chapter
meetings that month? CentraLUG would meet four days later, and
MonadLUG seven. I'd like to hear from all on (1) the advantages
(don't have to plan meeting) and 92) disadvantages (not holding a
regular meeting means some people show up anyway) and how that has
worked in the past.
Further, Ben volunteered to present DNS two weeks later and we
already bumped him from October.

Hi, -org Folks,
I've finally booked Doug McIlroy <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/
Doug_McIlroy> for the November 3rd DLSLUG meeting. He'll be
discussing:
"Ancestry of Linux--how the fun began"
As we discussed at our last -org meeting, I'll announce it as
the first new all-hands GNHLUG "Quarterly Meeting". I assume
people will want to arrange car pools and such. Should I invite
the membership to do so on the -discuss list or is there a better
mechanism?
