I think that the damage that would be done to the GNHLUG group if that happened
would be very great....and it would be a shame.  Likewise I think that going
off and forming a completely new group that would want the incorporation
and to populate it would take a lot of work, and might grow slowly.

Therefore I think a middle ground of coming up with an organization that allows
the "don't incorporate group" to feel comfortable that nothing in their
world is going to change, yet they may reap the benefits of an incorporated
group is what must happen.

I think the plans that have been put together allow this, and I would like
to see email messages describing this, a meeting to describe what is proposed
and a vote to do it.  If the plans do not allow this, then perhaps the plans
should be changed.

The option of splitting the group still remains, but I think if that happened
both groups would suffer.

I will take offense at that statement for the rest of the group.  I have known
most of these people a long time and I do not know anyone on this list or who
were at the summit who would do such a thing, either knowingly or unknowingly.
