At some of the recent Org Meetings, the choice of bank has been
discussed. There was definite consensus for "avoid big banks". The
reasoning behind that decision was somewhat unscientific, but I think
it can be accurately summarized as "big banks suck more". Whether or
not that is a good policy decision, I dunno.

Since you've been using Citizens, care to comment on how
good/bad/etc they are?

If branch presence is all we care about, I suspect Bank of America
would be the best choice. They infest New England like mosquitoes in
June. But as a customer of BoA (nee Fleet, nee Bank Boston, nee
BayBank, nee Plaistow Cooperative Bank), I can't really recommend
them. I have nothing horrible to say about them, but nothing really
good, either.

Yes, TWiki is often really slow to save, for no apparent reason.
Once we get the disk space upgraded, I'm going to kick off a project
to switch over to MediaWiki, which will hopefully suck less. (It
could hardly be worse.)
