I agree. Ben made a start of that in the TWiki, and we'll turn that into minutes. The one decision that needed to be made was to direct the Treasurer to open a checking account in the bank that worked out for him based on the parameters we had already provided, and that upon reconsideration, two-signature checks were no longer a requirement.
