Well, there are a few different ways you can do this. The quick and
dirty way is to add a line to the /etc/rc.d/rc.local script that calls
the apache binary. The better way to do it is to set up a script in the
(RH-specific) /etc/rc.d/rcx.d/ directory. You can also copy one of the
scripts that is already in the directory and change all of the
app-specific info.
