Probably not a big deal.  If you have 100Mb connections you'll be fine,
and I'd say even if you have 10Mb connections, you'll still be fine,
unless you're really doing some heavy DB intensive stuff. But then the
database will probably be the bottleneck, not the network.  Oh, it also
depends on wether you're using a SWITCH or a HUB to connect your systems.
Switches are better...
