Smack in the middle of downtown, within a block or two
of Martha's !

Matt quoted MediaOne's response, which in part said:

Time-Warner was completing the upgrade to Fibre Optic when I
moved out of Nashua at the end of last July. The infrastructure
is there - their canned response is pertinent to small towns
like Epsom, where I live now, which have aluminum cable that
needs to be replaced.

MediaOne needs to have their chain jerked and hard by Nashua
residents - what they're telling you is <baloney>. They actively
marketed RoadRunner at all the major shopping malls during the
Holiday season, but if you lived in certain towns, like Epsom,
they refused to even take your name. So, they know the market
pressure is there - I'm sure Time-Warner told them last summer -
but their arrogance is incredible. Why shouldn't the second
largest city in the state have RoadRunner service ahead of
the alternative phone service (via the TV cable) that they're
now offering in Concord, Allenstown, and Pembroke?

Sorry, but hearing about MediaOne's mismanagement is getting old...
