I personally know 2 people in this category. My office mate at Raytheon 
ordered flashcom for installation in Bedford, Ma. The order was accepted. 
He then followed up, and after a few phone calls discovered that DSL ios 
not available in Bedford. He was offered and alternative, SDSL, which 
was available at $90/Mo.
