Funny that you say Fiasco in you message. I have been trying for the
past two months to cancel my service with flashcom and it requires
that I send them email that I believe gets sent directly to /dev/null.
Well the funny part is whenever I run spell check on the email
flashcom always gets flagged as a misspelling of fiasco. Since I am
using outlook 2000 as my email client I guess that they had some
former customers working in Redmond.

Sorry, I should have done better at identifying this...
Flashcom is one of the leading resellers of Covad DSL and I (and
others) had
dissed them here for their customer service fiascos. I was down for
THREE
MONTHS and it took another 4 months to get that time refunded...
BUT, in the end, they DID refund, and I wanted to be fair and let
everybody
know... If I diss openly, I also correct openly.
BUT, I did a bad job of it.. sorry gang...
