Hmm, that's an intersting theory, and might even fit the pattern I'm seeing.
Those most affected are dealing with large docs.

Why does that not surprise me :) The users in question are most definitely
dealing with MS word documents, though the problem is also affecting e-mails
which do not contain Word docs. Hmmmm.
I'll upgrade the IMAPD and let you know :)
