Actually rebooting would be Bad(tm) as then you would have 2 nodes with
the same IP address.  You would want the machine to be halted.  I'm not
sure wether or not heartbeat will relinquish an IP address it has taken
over, but I don't think it does.  I think this requires manual
intervention with heartbeat.
