I've been _really_ happy with it; reliability in my 10-slot library has
been excellent for over a year. I'm surprised anyone is having trouble getting
cleaning cartridges; granted, I'm on AIT-1, but all the resellers I'm dealing
with have them in stock most of the time and are happy to ship them to
me.
