It isn't so much that I'm having trouble getting them, it is that any time
you mention drive cleaning around Sony, they immediately shout "You don't need
to!". Their product literature, their manuals, their website -- everything
takes the stance that dirt is something that happens to other people. I
dislike that attitude immensely. Contaminates are a fact of life; I would
prefer they admit this and address it directly, rather then pretending the
problem doesn't exist.
