        I've always liked the Epson printers, and they have worked well for me under 
various OS types.
If your into digital cameras some newer printers, I can't recall manufacturers, have a 
slot on them where you can plug a camera flash memory card, like the one from a 
Kodak, into it and will print out the pictures that you marked for printing with your 
camera. It sounds neat but I can't comment on them other then knowing they 
exist, I've never tried that type of printer.
