I think this is due to Windows refusing to touch a non-Windows
partition.  At the very least, Windows won't recognize them because
they are all Linux partitions, rather than Windows partitions.
Furthermore, Windows fdisk may refuse to touch those partitions, even
to delete them, and if it does, you'll have to boot from a Linux
rescue disk and delete all the Linux partitions, then boot back into
Windows and recreate them with Windows fdisk.
