One thing I like to point out to people - in 1997, the Linux Community
(mailing lists, newsgroups, etc, not us paid support companies (shameless plug
;-) won Inforworld's Support of the Year. This unpaid, volunteer community
was determined to provide better support than any software company (not just
the obvious MS, but ANY company).

<snip the community ways to get help - all highly recommended>

<PLUG type = "shameless">
Is it in a server type configuration (which most Apache is)? If so, we can
talk. We focus on the "mission-critical" type environments, where you're
betting your company, and do provide more focus on supporting Linux (which
makes sense, given the # of kernel engineers / hackers we employ), but we can
also support various open source software packages, either directly, or
through partnerships. In the latter case, we provide the
"single-point-of-contact" for problems, as well as supporting Linux.

We also do front-end Professional Services (architectural assessments,
designing systems, etc), although, I will admit there are other good companies
out there (see previous <PLUG>).
</PLUG>

Now you have at least two options for paid help, and I'm certain there are a
great many others out there, let's hear from some of the others.
