Hmmm, what about Ogg/Vorbis?  Can you set up a streaming audio server 
with this technology? 

LJ had in article, I think, in either last October's or Novevember's 
issue about Ogg/Vorbis.  I believe, though, that it was a replacement 
for MP3 format, not for real-time streaming.
