There may be some good ideas in this bill.  The unfortunate aspect of bills
like this is that accompanying a few good ideas is the unrelenting power
grabing efforts of those in power.  Please read the rest of the provisions
of this bill and think about the entire package before you lend it your
support.  You can't choose to support only one point in the bill without
getting the whole thing - unless you are in a position to debate it on the
congressional floor.
