That would be funnier if it wasn't so damn serious. We are fortunate in that the Supreme Court does have a solid history of throwing out laws that violate the US Constitution. Let us hope that attitude prevails, for Congress seems to be in a mood to pass anything with the label "Anti-Terrorist" on it right now.
